Pop diva and Canadian country music singer Shania Twain has finally broken all links with music-producer husband Robert Mutt Lange after a long 14 years of marriage. Shania Twain, who has come from a very low background has made her way to success with a good speed. The couple was rarely photographed together and they have been shuffling between Switzerland and New Zealand, Lange’s native. The couple also has a 6 year old son named Eia. They have not given any reasons for the break up stating that it is private. (more…)

Daniel Day-Lewis may replace Javier Bardem in the Broadway musical Nine

If you show perseverance, you win. This proves right as Daniel Day-Lewis seems to be replacing Javier Bardem in the Broadway musical Nine. Bardem, who received the Oscar award in the year 2008 for the Best Supporting Actor category refused to work in the film version of the musical giving an excuse of being too tired after 2007. This led the producers to think about an alternative and what an alternative they found out. They decided to go with actor Day-Lewis, who for his great performance in There Will Be Blood won the Best Actor Academy Award. (more…)

After the California Supreme Court lifted the ban on gay marriage s, somebody is very happy. Ellen DeGeneres, the The Ellen DeGeneres Show fame has been raving about it for some time now. Now, she can happily plan to wed her longtime girlfriend Portia De Rossi. The couple was facing it hard as the laws in California didn’t allow gay marriage. Angelina Jolie finally confirms that she is going to mother twins. After their daughter Shiloh, the Jolie-Pitt family would now have two more nurseries at their LA house. The rumors that Jolie and Pitt have decorated two nurseries in pink and blue suggested that they might be expecting twins, that too a boy and a girl. The American Idol fight has now got to two participants. This much loved show saw Syesha Mercado being voted out and the only two participants who remain are David Archuleta and David Cook. Mercado, 21, an actress hailing from Sarasota was the lucky woman who survived the vote out so far and to reach the top three level surpassing competitors like Carly Smithson, an accomplished singer, Brooke White, the fan favorite, Kristy Lee Cook, the stately country crooner. The pair has been spotted at Miami last weekend, when both of them were having some quite time together. Making rumors take a roll, the pair has decided to be seen together. Aniston and Mayer also spent about 5 days, in April, together and are back again at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pop diva asked for a helicopter to pick her up from her London home to Kent’s Maidstone, which is about 37 miles away.
