Ila Arun, Sharmila Tagore, Priya Dutt, Ishita Arun, Kiron Kher at Amrapali store launch in Juhu on April 30th 2008. Rajiv Arora and Rakesh Ajmera hosted this evening soiree at their jewellery boutique. The ladies came a trooping to have a close look at the jewellery on display, and needless to say, they were not left disappointed. Kirron Kher, Ishita Arun were most happy that this boutique was so near to their house.
The beauteous Sharmila Tagore was a sure head-turner as she chatted with Priya Dutt warmly. “I love decking up in jewellery; it completes the look,” said the style icon flashing those to-die-for dimples. And then Priya surprised everyone by revealing that she used to be a big jewellery junkie herself, and used to freak out on the jadau and other chunky stuff that her late mother Nargis’s cupboard contained! “Me and Namrata would vie with each other to lay our hands on the best of those!”
