Love in Bollywood: Abhijeet Sawant owes his wife to Sony’s show Inidian Idol!
Continuing today’s theme, love in Bollywood. Now we all know, how many love affairs Bollywood makes and breaks, but here is someone who gives credit to Indian Idol, for love to happen in his life. Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant tied knot with girlfriend Shilpa Edvankar in December admits that it was the show, which helped the relation between them bloom. It seems the wife Shilpa had rejected him when he proposed for the first time but came closer during the show.
Abhijeet Sawant who took the youngsters of a country in a whirlwind after becoming the first Indian Idol, says he is happy with the marriage though he had his doubts about it. Shilpa used to be there waiting for him during the long strenuous hours, when he used to shoot for the show, during which time they came closer to each other. Abhijeet is all set to start his acting career in Lottery, a musical thriller.
