Nauheed, Dino at Jeet Ganguly’s Exhibition
(Photos) This innovative art exhibition was inaugurated today at Lansdowne Gallery at Colaba. The exhibition was attended by close friends like Nauheed Cyrusi & Dino Morea, One could not miss ace photographer Ashok Salian with his hearty laugh complementing Jeet on the simplicity in his works, designer Xerxes Bhathena from yesteryears whos new found love is art was seen enjoying the evening. Everyone appreciated & loved the use of concept, colour & the simplicity of the visual that he created on canvas. That is one of the reasons Jeets show was almost a sell out.
Gallery owner Jay Bhandarkar was overheard saying that “Jeet paintings are a refreshing change of taking photographs and turning them into paintings where he preserves images and stories through his works …”
