Sameera Reddy performed at Femina Miss India dancing to the 70s music like Churalia Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko, Laila Oh Laila, Pyar Mein Dil Pe Maar De Goli and paid a special tribute to Zeenat Aman who later joined Sameera on the stage. One more slapstick multi-starrrer, which was pronounced as a very good upcoming movie by most characters in Ekta Kapoor’s K branded serials (are these actors paid for advertisement also? Heights of slavery to boss!), says three two one and sorry, no blockbuster, the hit is a complete amiss. Kyon ki Ekta bhi kabhi Sis thi, oops hai! What kind of atonement for sibling rivalry is this? Pray accept my apologies but movies don’t sell solely on such propagandist stunts, it may work in the small screen, however I strongly have my doubts. Ashwani Dheer, who won accolades for television series Office Office which has every ingredient to makes your stomach hurt with laughing, couldn’t really live up to the mark. (more…)
