Singer, Music composer and actor Himesh Reshammiya is all set to shoot an item song with the sizzling Urmila Matondkar for his film Karzzz. The song is titled Tandori Nights and will be shot in Mumbai. Both have recently completed a 40 day outdoor shoot for Karzzz in South Africa and Johannesberg. Urmila would be playing the character played by Simi Garewal in the original Karz. However original Karz did not have an item song for Simi. The team of the most talked about remake of the year Karzzzz is all set to go Cape Town after having been taken off to Johannesburg for the shoot of the movie recently!! The remake “Karzzzz”, is being produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar and Directed by Satish Kaushik. If you were waiting for another thriller this week, you are surely going to be disappointed. Speed, the latest release is all but another flop from Vikram Bhatt. The movie fails to impress even the simple audience because of a series of flaws including the poor script, impromptu direction, below-average acting, and a mixture of plots. Though the movie is supposed to follow the main plot, i.e., the kidnapping of Urmila Matondkar, there are other two plots in the movie that get intertwined with the main plot. One word I would use to describe this song is HORRENDOUS. This song is just another link in the horrifying chain of songs Mr. Reshammiya has produced. Why anyone would even listen to this song in particular is just beyond me. The song may have digitized ’sounds’ and beats that scare the life out of me but the cherry on this cake (yuck!) is not his nasal vocals but the frightening rap. (more…)
