Give this film a chance. “Money Hai Toh Honey Hai” has a certain sincerity of purpose and a rather sturdy narrative that serves the comic purpose until interval. Hansika Motwani is one of the few lucky child actors to be successful as grown ups. She has beauty and certain charm that makes this 17 year old actress no less than a mainstream diva. Without taking success to her head, she knows how to show her cards and how to just hold her young head high. Sometimes it sounds unbelievable but she has succeeded in maintaining the star status quite well.

Hansika doesn’t consider there is anything abnormal with her behaving like a star. She firmly states that she is like a just another teenager, however, just teenagers are not so successful on screen. She has no fear that she was acting with experienced actors like Govinda and Manoj Bajpai. Hansika informs that in front of the camera everyone is an actor and nobody made her feel that she was underage.

Hansika is quite filmy in her choice of actors she wants to work with all the good actors. She considers acting with senior actor has no implications but that she can act and acting with Govinda was like learning acting from a school. Denying reports of her alleged catfights with Celina, she says they enjoyed good equations. She further adds that she has lots of friends but no close friends in the industry. Her fitness mantra is to do yoga everyday.

Hansika has one suggestion to the young aspirants, to go ahead and realize dreams.

One fine day, the cast and crew of Money Hai Tho Honey Hai began asking actress Hansikaa Motwani what actor Aftab Shivdasani was doing in her room. Shocked by the question, she tried her level best to explain that Aftab had never entered her room and that they had got it all wrong. After thirty minutes of justifications and explanations, Hansikaa could bear it no more and almost began crying, when Govinda told her that it was just a joke they were playing on her. (more…)
