Johnny Gaddar is a suspense thriller from Sriram Raghavan. Unlike most of the suspense thrillers that keep the audience waiting till the end for the culprit to be released out of the plot, Gaddar exposes the ‘most- wanted’ rather directly. Yet, the film offers a lot of scope for suspense that is created by the intelligent plots contributed by the characters in the movie. After another arduous day of work it is unbelievably refreshing to log on the net and find something interesting. Truly, Bollywood stars go to no end to bring a smile on our faces and keep us happy. When I first heard about the movie Apne being made with the Deol boys, I thought it would be another thrash-crash-boom film and a total waste of time and money. Dharmendra is old and gone. Though he did a good job in Metro, it is pretty hard to get a good role at his age. Sunny Deol only makes a fool of himself with movies like Fool and Final, Jo Bole So Nihaal and so on. Bobby, well, after a very dry patch, he must be eagerly awaiting the reviews for Jhoom Barabar Jhoom and Apne. So all in all, the whole hype of having the Deol men in the same film would be about it.
