Rajkumar Gupta takes real life shots
It definitely needs guts to shoot a movie in a crowded place without the need to bring in extra to look like general pedestrians. Rajkumar Gupta recently shot some scenes of his upcoming Aamir in locations like Bhendi Bazzar Bandra Masjid, Dharavi etc. that too during the pick hours when the rush is more. This is so much like a true disciple of Anurag Kashyap, he learnt the art to hide cameras in real locations to get lifelike shots.
Aamir is the story of a boy raised in the poor Muslim dominated areas of Mumbai. As it requires the hero to see how the people in these areas live and the over crowded markets dominate in the development of the story. But we must say, the zeal of the director is no doubt praiseworthy. Let’s hope for a moving film!
